I've tried calling during business hours multiple times throughout the day to make an appt. I get an answering machine saying their office is closed. It's really difficult to make an appointment.

Awful. BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband had an appointment scheduled at 11 am and we got to the facility at 10:52 am, at check in we were told that they had to see if they could still see us because we should’ve been there 15 minutes in advanced. We took off work, drove almost an hour and a half to this office because I am an existing patient already and it is a “family health center” and wanted to keep our family in the same clinic. The front office asked the practitioner that was supposed to see us, Katherine O’Connor, and came back to us and said that she said we would need to reschedule. I explained to her that we came from very far and still came earlier than the appointment time, and how we took off work for this appointment TWICE, wasted gas AGAIN, because we originally had an appointment scheduled on January 12, 2026 and when we were on our way to the appointment, they called us to reschedule due to an emergency. We were understanding even though they couldn’t reschedule us until February 4, 2026. The front desk, Amy, went to ask again, and O’Connor still said no. We even explained how we could be filling out the paperwork while they were wasting time goi

The staff was kind and professional. I was called back on time for my appointment and had a great experience with NP Patricia Rambo. She was genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and not just another patient. I was able to have my bloodwork done there, and it only took a few minutes. The follow-up phone call to discuss my lab work was quick yet thorough and just as pleasant as my visit to the office.

Scheduled me for a check up I wasn’t due for then charged me when I came in to said appointment that the dr herself told me i shouldn’t have been scheduled for. Nothing was done other than me saying while I’m here can you send a refill for my medication, I am being charged $65 for that, nobody made me aware that would be a charge because I have called to get a refill before over the phone they are the worst you are supposed to be charged upfront if there is a charge it’s stated at the front desk. If I had known I would be charged for asking for a refill I would’ve waited till the annual and included that in my free of charge preventative appointment that I came in for but was turned away for

I was in last week for my physical with Dr. Ramirez and everyone from the front office staff (Priscilla and Patricia)to the medical assistant (Andrea) and the Quest employee (DeeDee) to Dr. Ramirez. everyone was very pleasant. The office was very clean And you could tell that everyone was very organized. I am not for sure why anyone would give this clinic less than five stars I am a very organized person, and I can tell when there is great service and great teamwork I would highly recommend this clinic if you want great service Kudos to everyone at this clinic and thank you all for doing a great job
